By purchasing Credits or using our Service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy on Credits
Our Service operates on a "Credits" system. You purchase Credits, and each Credit allows you to perform a specific number of URL index checks (typically 1 credit = 1 URL check, as stated on our pricing page).
- Non-Refundable Purchases: Generally, all purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable. Once Credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- No Expiry: As stated on our Website, purchased Credits do not expire. You can use them at any time as long as your account is active and our Service is operational.
2. Circumstances for Potential Refunds
While purchases are generally non-refundable, we may consider issuing a refund or account credit in the following limited circumstances, at our sole discretion:
- Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase of the exact same Credit package within a very short timeframe (e.g., a few minutes) due to a technical glitch or error, please contact us immediately. We will review such cases.
- Failure to Add Credits: If you made a successful payment for Credits, have proof of payment, and the Credits were not added to your Accu Index Check account due to a verifiable technical error on our system.
- Prolonged Service Unavailability: In the rare event of a complete and prolonged (e.g., several consecutive days) outage of the Accu Index Check Service that prevents you from using your purchased Credits, and this outage is solely due to issues on our end (not related to third-party services like Google or your internet connection).
3. What is Not Eligible for a Refund
Refunds will generally NOT be provided in the following situations:
- Used Credits: Credits that have already been used to perform URL index checks.
- Dissatisfaction with Indexing Results: If your URLs are reported as "not indexed" by Google. Our Service accurately reports the status it finds; the indexing itself is controlled by Google.
- User Error: Submitting incorrect URLs, typos, or misunderstanding how the Service works.
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer need the Credits or the Service after purchase.
- Partial Use of a Credit Package: If you have used some, but not all, Credits from a purchased package.
- Fluctuations in Google's Index: Google's index is dynamic. We are not responsible for changes in a URL's indexing status after our check.
- Temporary Service Interruptions or Maintenance: Minor or scheduled service downtimes.
- Account Suspension/Termination: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- Promotional or Free Credits: Credits obtained through promotions, trials, or as free bonuses are not eligible for refunds.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation falls under one of the "Eligible Refund Scenarios" (Section 2), please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction or service issue.
- Provide your registered email address, the transaction ID (if applicable), the date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund, including any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
- We will review your request within 5-7 business days. We may require additional information from you.
- If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
5. Account Credits Instead of Refunds
In certain situations, even if a monetary refund is not granted, Accu Index Check may, at its sole discretion, offer account credits for future use of the Service as a gesture of goodwill. Such credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues. If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, your Accu Index Check account may be immediately suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is unjustified and may provide evidence to the relevant payment institution.

Accu Index Check reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our Website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
